Blinking is a natural way to moisten and refresh your eyes. Sit comfortably and blink your eyes rapidly for a few seconds. Then, close your eyes and let them rest for a moment. Repeat this exercise several times.

3. Near and far focus

This exercise improves your eye's ability to focus on objects at different distances. Hold a pen or pencil at arm's length and focus on it for a few seconds. Then, shift your focus to an object in the distance. Repeat this process 5-10 times.

4. Eye rolling
