Another useful exercise is eye rolling. Simply roll your eyes in a circular motion, both clockwise and counterclockwise, for a few repetitions. This helps reduce eye tension and improves blood circulation to the eyes.

Blinking exercises are also beneficial for your eyes. Take a moment to blink rapidly for a few seconds and then close your eyes and let them rest. Repeat this a few times throughout the day to moisturize your eyes and prevent dryness.

Remember to take breaks from digital screens, as prolonged screen time can strain your eyes. Instead, focus on distant objects to relax your eye muscles.
