Eye Exercises for Better Vision

Additionally, you can try eye rotations to improve eye flexibility. Sit comfortably and look straight ahead. Slowly rotate your eyes in a clockwise direction, then reverse and rotate them counterclockwise. Perform this exercise a few times a day to increase the flexibility and strength of your eye muscles.
