Eye Exercises for Better Vision and Less Fatigue

4. Figure Eight: Imagine a large figure eight in front of you. Trace the figure with your eyes, following its shape. This exercise helps enhance eye coordination and flexibility.
5. Blinking: Remind yourself to blink frequently, especially when working on a computer or reading. Blinking helps maintain moisture in your eyes and prevents them from drying out.
