Eye Exercises to Prevent Fatigue
In today's digital age, many of us spend long hours staring at screens which can lead to eye fatigue and strain. However, by incorporating eye exercises into our daily routine, we can give our eyes the care they need and prevent discomfort. Here are some simple eye exercises that can help prevent eye fatigue:
Blink Exercise
One of the easiest exercises you can do is a simple blink exercise. Blinking helps to lubricate the eyes, preventing dryness and reducing eye strain. To perform this exercise, simply close your eyes for a few seconds and then open them wide. Repeat this a few times throughout the day to keep your eyes refreshed.
Palming
Palming is a great exercise to soothe tired eyes and relax your mind. To do this exercise, rub your hands together to generate warmth and then gently place your warmed hands over your closed eyes. Make sure there's no pressure on the eyeballs. Take slow, deep breaths and let the warmth and darkness of your palms calm your tired eyes.
Zooming
Zooming exercise helps to improve your focus and strengthen eye muscles. To perform this exercise, sit in a comfortable position and extend your arm straight in front of you with your thumb up. Focus on your thumb and slowly bring it closer to your eyes while maintaining focus. Then, slowly move it back to the original position. Repeat this exercise a few times to enjoy its benefits.
