The Secret to Youthful Eyes – Exercise Them!

Just like any other part of your body, your eyes need regular exercise to stay healthy and vibrant. Eye exercises can help improve blood circulation, reduce eye strain, and even strengthen the muscles around your eyes.
One simple eye exercise you can try is called palming. To do this exercise, sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Rub your palms together vigorously until they feel warm, and then place them gently over your eyes. Let the warmth from your palms relax your eye muscles and soothe any tension.
