Palming is a popular eye relaxation exercise that helps relieve eye strain. Here's how you can do it:
- Rub your palms together vigorously to generate warmth.
- Cup your palms and place them gently over your closed eyes.

- Relax and breathe deeply for a few minutes.

2. Blinking
