Improving Vision with Eye Exercises

One of the most effective exercises for improving vision is the focusing exercise. To do this exercise, sit in a comfortable position and place your thumb about 10 inches away from your nose. Focus on your thumb for a few seconds, then shift your focus to an object in the distance. Repeat this process several times, gradually increasing the distance of the object you're focusing on.
Another beneficial exercise is the eye rolling exercise. Look up towards the ceiling and slowly roll your eyes in a clockwise direction. After a few rotations, switch to an anti-clockwise direction. This exercise helps to improve eye muscle coordination and flexibility.
